Hello, Very nice site. Really. The cost structure is changing all the time, there is just no way to publish a file that can be up to date at any time. Maybe should there be a directory of the excise comissioners in each State, so that when one needs to know the exact cost structure at a particular date, he just has to call to have the right information. What do you think about this?
